Coach Annor Walker satisfied with team’s victory over Accra lions
Annor Walker, the head coach of Great Olympics, expressed his delight following their commanding victory against Accra Lions in the Ghana Premier League.
The Dade Boys dominated their city rivals at the Accra Sports Stadium, clinching a convincing 3-0 win in the fifth matchday.
Olympics showcased a stellar performance, securing three goals in the opening half for a decisive triumph. Michael Yeboah contributed two goals, with Emmanuel Antwi adding another within the first 20 minutes.

Walker, in a post-match interview, praised his players and viewed the win as a gratifying response to the 3-0 defeat suffered against Lions in the previous season.
“It’s a meaningful payback for me and Great Olympics because Accra Lions beat us 3-0 here last year. So, when I heard about it, I said we have to seek revenge.”
“With the help of the players, we have successfully accomplished that revenge.”
Olympics has had an impressive start to the season, maintaining an unbeaten record and yet to concede a goal after five rounds.
