Ghana Black Stars head coach CK Akonnor has revealed the reason behind his decision to drop goalkeeper Razak Abalora from the World Cup Qualifiers squad to face Ethiopia and South Africa.
Razak Abolora who made the last three Black Stars squad has been replaced by Richard Attah in the National squad.
“Abalora is part of the team, he is not out,” he said
“Sometimes you need that break to wake up and know that there is a big deal going on”
“He is still part of our team, he is not out” he added
Razak Abalora ended the season in a disappointing manner with his club as they missed out on the league and the FA Cup.
