Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama SC lost the plot against Egyptian giants Al Ahly SC in their return leg of the CAF Champions League at the Baba Yara Stadium today.
The host came into this fixture after losing the first leg against the serial Champions League winners by 3-0 in their first game of Africa’s elite competition.

There was little to choose between the two sides, the host had five attempts, two on goal and three off target in the first half as against the away side that barely threatened their host.

Al Ahly SC, the defending champions is on top of the Group D table with nine points, while Medeama SC is at the bottom with four points with a game to end the group phase.
CR Belouizdad is in second place with five points followed by Young Africans, who have accrued five points with the two set to play each other tomorrow.
