Accra Hearts of Oak have terminated the contract of Abednego Tetteh just 15 months after the striker signed a three-year deal with the club.
Abednego joined Hearts of Oak last year on a three-year deal but failed to impress at Hearts of Oak under previous coach and Samuel Boadu.
The 30-year old has been deemed surplus requirements by the technical team of the club and decided to terminate the player’s contract.
Abednego Tetteh used his Facebook page to announce his departure and thank the fans and members of Hearts of Oak.
Abednego Tetteh failed to find the back of the net in his five appearances for Hearts of Oak in the 2020/21 season for Hearts of Oak.
