Breaking: Abdul Ganiyu extends contract with Kotoko

Asante Kotoko defender Abdul Ganiyu has signed a two-year contract extension with the club keeping him there till 2023, the club announced on Wednesday.

Abdul Ganiyu who was one of the key players for his team last season has finally agreed to extend his stay after months of negotiations with the club.

Abdul Ganiyu has been reportedly given the captain hand band following the departure of Felix Annan a few weeks ago. The defender was decent for his side aiding them with three goals last season.
