Ghana Premier League side Bechem United have released a statement apologizing for the conduct of defender Samuel Osei Kuffour in their game against Kotoko at the Nana Fosu Gyearbour park on Tuesday.
Samuel Osei Kuffour appeared to have stamped on the shoulder of Asante Kotoko striker Frank Etouga Mbella in the 2ist minute of the game on Tuesday.
The unfortunate incident enraged the fans of Asante Kotoko and fans of the league as the player escaped punishment and carried on to play full 90 minutes of the game.

Bechem United however stated in a statement released on Wednesday morning that the club will take disciplinary actions against the player.
