Ghanaian and Black Queens midfielder Sherifatu Sumalia has admitted that there is a certain amount of pressure on them as hosts of the AWCON and that is in a way affecting their play.
Sherifatu was speaking after the Black Queens lost their first game to Mali. They created a lot of chances but failed to convert. “I think we played better here than we did against Algeria but I just don’t know why we couldn’t win this game”, she said.
