Ghana Premier League current champions Medeama secured a huge 2-3 win against Remo Stars of Nigeria in the second leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary stages game in Nigeria. Evans Adotey and his boys held on to beat their Nigerian counterparts on penalties to advance to the next stage of the competition.
