The Club Licensing Board of the GFA led by Dr. Kwame Baah Nuakoh has made known its decisions on match venues for Ghana Premier League clubs ahead of the new season which commences on Friday, October 29, 2021. Baba Yara Stadium and Accra Sports Stadium have both been temporarily approved by the Club Licensing committee ahead of the season. Three players have been handed 3-year suspensions after been found guilty of double registration by the GFA Disciplinary Committee in accordance with Article 28(2)(c) of the GFA RFA Leagues Regulations. Seth Abatsa of Talon FC and John Wornegou of Fotobiman FC who were both found to have altered their dates of birth and other registration details have been handed 3-year bans from all football-related activities.
