Asante Kokoto will have to finish the season without the services of midfielder Justice Blay, the player has been ruled out for the rest of the season through injury. Justice Blay underwent successful knee surgery last week and is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon to begin his rehabilitation. Justice Blay made only seven appearances for Asante Kotoko after rejoining the Kumasi-based club from Medeama a few months ago. The player is expected to be out for 2-3 months and it is very unlikely the player will feature for Asante Kotoko this season.
