Asante Kotoko put three past Inter Allies in a friendly game on Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium as they continue to prepare for the upcoming CAF Confederation Cup. Asante Kotoko dominated the game from the start to the end of the game. Amos Frimpong opened the scoring for Kotoko with a nice penalty kick after Desmond Abugah handled the ball in the box. The Normalization Committee of the Ghana Football Association has reached an agreement with the various division clubs in the country to resume football activities next month. According to sources close to the NC, negotiations between clubs and the committee over the return of a domestic competition was fruitful, hence the return of football. The stop gap tournament will resume in January and end in June, with the next season expected to be synchronized with the foreign leagues.
