Asante Kotoko beat Asec Mimosas to lift MTN Otumfuo Cup Asante Kotoko were dominant against Asec Mimosas of Ivory Coast as they registered a 1-0 victory to lift the MTN Otumfuo Cup at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi. Stephen Nyarko scored the only goal in the 39th minute after connecting with Kwame Boahene ‘s cross to put his side in front. Traore Adama of Asec Mimosas won the man of the match award. The match was part of the commemoration of the 20th Anniversary celebration of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II who ascended the throne 20 years ago.
