Rabiu Mohammed joins Tambov FC Ghana Blackstars midfielder, Rabiu Mohammed has joined Russian Premier League club Tambov FC. Rabiu, 30, finds a new home in Tambov after he impressed on trials following his release by French Ligue 2 outfit Paris FC. The experienced holding midfielder is coming into the Russian topflight, having had spells with Kuban Krasnodar, FC Anzhi Makhachkala and Krylia Sovetov. Rabiu became a household name when he was featured prominently for the Ghana U20 side, which won the 2010 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Egypt.
