Berekum Chelsea have announced the transfer of youngster Ushau Abu to champions Hearts of Oak, the club announced on Wednesday morning. The 22-year-old has been signed by the Phobians to replace Benjamin Afutu who left to Egypt to sign for El Sharkia Dokhan FC. Kwasi Donsu has signed a contract extension at Medeama that keeps the midfielder at the club until September 2023, the club announced on Monday.  Donsu has been outstanding for the Mauve and Yellows since he joined from Berekum Arsenals in 2014. Ghana dropped one place to 53rd position in the latest FIFA rankings for the month of September. The drop follows Ghana’s poor showing in their opening two World Cup qualifiers, beating Ethiopia and losing to South Africa in their first two games. The Black Stars remain 7th on the continent despite the drop in the main rankings, behind Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, and Egypt. Manchester United are in advanced talks to re-sign Cristiano Ronaldo after Manchester City pulled out of a potential deal.
