Accra Hearts of Oak have safely landed in Accra their  after 3-0 loss to Real Bamako in the CAF Confederations cup. The Phobians arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Sunday from Mali. The current FA cup champions will continue their preparations towards the return league in Accra. The club in their official release indicated that, the team will resume training this afternoon  ahead of the return leg. Accra Hearts of Oak Midfielder, Nurudeen Abdul Aziz has successfully undergone surgery. Nurudeen has been battling injuries for some time now and was flown to South Africa by the club to undergo surgery on what seems to be a recurring issue. The midfielder had surgery to to repair a suspected meniscus tear he suffered in the league last season. The surgery was conducted by Dr. McCready who happens to be the same doctor that worked on the operations of two Hearts of Oak players, Lawali and Daniel Kodie. The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association has  fined legon Cities Football club 8000 Ghana Cedis for misconduct. The GFA Disciplinary Committee has imposed a fine of GHc8000 cedis on Legon Cities FC. The club was found guilty on three counts of misconduct in their BetPawa Premier League Matchday 1 against Medeama SC at the El Wak Stadium.
