National Sports Authority has set aside December 18 to 26 for maintenance work at the Accra Sports Stadium. The NSA have ordered the Ghana Football Association to postpone the Premier League games to be held at the venue on the said dates, their statement indicated the closure is to enable the NSA and Ministry of Youth and Sports to have enough and uninterrupted time to fix critical places of the stadium. Accra Great Olympics have withdrawn a court summon to Hearts of Oak of their  Star signing Gladson Awako. The former Great Olympics captain joined the Phobians on August 23rd,2021 but he’s yet to kick a ball for Hearts since his blockbuster move. Hasaacas Ladies clinched their fourth trophy  of 2021 on Sunday, December 5, after defeating  LadyStrikers 3:2 to lift the Women’s Super Cup final. Algerian side JS Saoura has accused  Accra Hearts of Oak in the use of Black magic or ‘juju’ ahead of the second leg encounter in the CAF Confederation Cup play-offs. Fifa has dismissed South Africa’s protest following the 1-0 defeat to the Black Stars in their World Cup qualifier in Cape Coast last month, with  SAFA keen on taking further steps. Fifa’s Disciplinary Committee concluded that the protest was not well filled and didn’t provide  further details. Soccer Intellectuals goalie set Chaos during Monday’s Women’s super cup fixture between her side and Prisons Ladies.
