Watford’s Emmanuel Dennis and fellow attacker  Victor Osimhen have both dropped out of Nigeria’s squad for the Africa Cup of Nations. The Hornets have reportedly refused to release Dennis, who has netted eight Premier League goals this season. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)  said Dennis had been exempted  because Watford were “baring fangs”. Black Princesses progress to the fourth round of the 2022 FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup qualifiers after beating the Young Copper Queens of Zambia 1-0 at the Cape Coast stadium on Saturday. The Africa Cup of Nations will be televised on BBC and SuperSports when the tournament kicks-off in January. The last 10 games of the prestigious  AFCON will be shown live on the BBC. Two quarter-finals and both semi-finals will also be on the BBC, which also has digital clips as part of the deal.
