Asante Kotoko on the verge of signing Appau Andrews
Asante Kotoko are expected to announce the signing of 18-year old defender Appau Andrews from Division One side Bofoakwa Tano, Sahara Football can report.
The center-back completed his medicals with Asante Kotoko and will sign a contract with the Kumasi side in the coming days to seal the transfer.
” I have finished my medicals with Asante Kotoko and will be joining them in Koforidua soon” Appau Andrews told Oyerepa FM
” I am ready for the challenge, I am also praying that all goes well and we will deliver for the club.”
Despite undergoing his medicals, Appau also revealed he is yet to sign an official contract with Asante Kotoko.
” I have played for King Faisal, so I know Kumasi and how the supporters are passionate about the club. I am yet to sign an official contract” he concluded
Appau Andrews will be Asante Kotoko’s ninth signing ahead of the upcoming season. Kotoko have so far signed Kwame Opoku, Emmanuel Sarkodie, Emmanuel Keyekeh, Abdul Latif Anabila, Abalora Razak, Evans Adoamko Wiredu, Yusif Mubarik and Patrick Asmah.
