Fans of Ghana Premier League side Real Tamale United yesterday stormed the team’s training grounds and seized training equipment as they protest the team’s poor performance in the league.
The club’s PRO confirmed the incident and insisted that the fans were unhappy with the club’s management and were calling for their resignation.

“Some RTU supporters were at the club’s training ground to stop them from training and also took away some training equipment. Reports are that they are not happy with the current management and want them to leave the club.” PRO Sey Mubarak told Oyerepa FM
Real Tamale United have won just one of their last ten games in the league and currently sit 14th in the league log and are just one point above the relegation zone.
