Ajax snap Kamaldeen Sulemana on loan

Ajax has sealed a deal to for Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana on a season-long loan from Southampton.

 

 



The season-long loan has an obligation to buy worth 20 million euros.

Kamaldeen has not lived up to his hype following his move from Stade Rennes to Southampton in 2023 for around 23 million euros.

His career has been blighted by a series of injuries which has curtailed his consistency seeing him move down the pecking order of attacking players at the club.

Despite making 44 appearances for the Saints, he has only managed to score twice and provide four assists.

The 22-year-old will hope to reestablish himself as one of Ghana’s brightest talents on the global stage.
