Mohammed Kudus returns to full team training ahead of Egypt game
Kudus was absent from the initial match against Cape Verde due to a minor injury, but Twum has disclosed that the midfielder is recovering well.
As per Twum, Kudus has been closely collaborating with the physiotherapists and has already participated in full-team training with the rest of the squad.

Although the medical team is still evaluating his condition, Twum expresses confidence that Kudus will be prepared for the Egypt game by either Wednesday or Thursday. Speaking on Joy News’ PM Express, Asante Twum mentioned, “Typically, after the first 15-20 minutes of training, he engages in personal training with the physios outside of the group.”
“Fortunately, he trained with the entire squad. He remained in the group training for the entire session. The medical team is still assessing him. He is back in full team training, and I am certain that by Wednesday or Thursday, he will be ready for that match.”
Given the team’s imperative need for a victory against Egypt, Kudus’ potential return would significantly enhance their prospects of advancing to the next round.
