The BlackStars’ 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying schedule has been released in September 2023.
This will see, the male senior national team kickstart their qualifying campaign against familiar foes, Madagascar at home and Comoros away from November 13–21, 2023.

The following round of qualification matches will be held from June 3–11, 2024, with home matches against the Central African Republic and away games against Mali.

The senior national team will then play at home versus Chad before making a guest appearance in Madagascar from March 17–25, 2025.
The final match day versus the Central Africa Republic and Comoros has been scheduled for October 6–14, 2025, with further qualification matches scheduled for September 1–9, 2025.

The BlackStars will be hoping to make it to their fifth World Cup appearance after stints in Germany, South Africa, Brazil, and Qatar.
The next FIFA World Cup will be staged by three North American countries, Canada, the United States, and Mexico between June and July 2026.
